Personal-Fit consists of one-on-one, private personal training sessions specifically for your individual exercise goals. Whether you’re looking to tone up specific areas, work on a full-body transformation, or simply gain more confidence in your fitness journey, our personal trainers will create a workout that’s for you. Personal-Fit is for everyone, regardless of where you are in your fitness journey! It’s perfect if you’re looking for personalised, one-on-one training, if you need someone to hold you accountable to your goals, or if you want to fast-track your progress with some guidance. It’s also an excellent option for beginners who want to ease into fitness with professional support, for individuals training for a specific event like a marathon or competition, or for anyone who prefers private training over the dynamic of a group setting. No matter your reason for starting, Personal-Fit is here to provide you with the support, motivation, and structure you need to succeed.

1 x Personal-Fit Session - $70 per week

2 x Personal-Fit Sessions - $140 per week

What should I expect?

Before you commit to personal training with us we like to have an initial no-obligation consultation, we’ll have a bit of a sit down so you can tell us what you'd like to get out of these personal training sessions and what your fitness goals are/ what you'd like to focus on. If you have flagged up any injuries or movement concerns We'll ask you to perform a few simple movements to check your range of motion and form so we are aware of any adjustments we need to make.

The first session will consist of some testing which will involve some strength and endurance exercises plus we’ll record some non-invasive body measurements. We’ll repeat these every 8-10 weeks so you can monitor your progress, as we have found it's motivating to see tangible improvement.

Refunds and cancellations are available for cases of severe injury or illness, at the discretion of our trainers. We kindly ask you to understand that mild discomfort, feeling unwell, or simply not being in the mood unfortunately don’t qualify for a refund. Once a time slot is booked, it can be difficult to reschedule it with another client, and if there are any costs that have arisen from the scheduled session will not be covered by Suburban Fitness. That said, we’ll do our best to find a time within your trainer’s schedule for the same week to make things work for you!

To discontinue with Personal-Fit a 14-day notice period is required.
