If you're new to Suburban, clicking a class will take you to our membership page so you can start a trial or choose the option that suits you best. Most people begin with the $14 for 14 days trial to try everything, or the Reform-Fit Intro Special if Reformer Pilates is what you're interested in.

How do I sign up for the 14 day trial?
Just click on the Start Your 14-Day Trial button on the righthand side of the menu, fill in the form and you’re away racing!
Do I need to be fit before starting?
Not at all. Most people who join Suburban are simply looking to get moving again or build some consistency with their training. Our classes are coached and scalable, so you can start where you're at and build up from there.
How do I purchase a membership online?
Before your trial ends, we’ll have a conversation about becoming a member, we’ll either sign you up or you can choose from the options in the XODA app. Just head to the membership plans in the app, pick the program you want, and hit "BUY NOW" before your trial wraps up. If you’d rather not continue, or just want to have a chat, speak with our staff before your trial ends so we can help you choose the right membership for you.
Is there any sort of sign-up fee?
Yep, the 14-day trial is just $14 for the whole two weeks—it’s seriously the best deal around!
Will I be locked into a contract?
Only if you choose a plan with the best value! Some memberships are contract-free—be sure to review the terms and conditions for full details. You’re only committed if you want to be!
Will I be charged a cancellation fee?
Not for our Open Term Memberships, you can cancel your membership with a one calendar month notice period. For Contracted memberships please refer to the Ts and Cs
What type of exercise does Suburban Fitness specialize in?
At Suburban Fitness, we offer a diverse range of workouts to keep you moving all week long. Start your week with strength-building sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, designed to target your entire body—legs, core, arms, and more. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, elevate your energy with our high-intensity, full-body workouts. Kick off your weekend with our Saturday Fusion classes, an invigorating blend of resistance and cardio, and wind down on Sundays with Recovery sessions, combining yoga and Pilates for relaxation and renewal.
How do I access the gym after hours?
If you’ve purchased our Gym-Fit or our Total Access Membership, you will have access to the gym via a 4-digit pin. This gives you 24/7 access to our facilities
What are your staffed hours?
Our staffed hours are 5am-7pm Monday to Friday, 7am-9am on Saturdays, we are unstaffed on Sundays. We usually schedule our PT sessions within our staffed hours. To view our group fitness timetable, click here
