What is Reformer Pilates all about?
Reformer Pilates is a fun and effective way to build strength, improve flexibility, and boost your posture. Using a specialised reformer machine with springs and resistance, each workout focuses on controlled movements that strengthen your core, improve alignment, and tone muscles.
Reform-Fit at Suburban Fitness combines these benefits with small, coach-led classes that help you move better, feel stronger, and stay consistent.
Who Reform-Fit is for
Reform-Fit is perfect if you:
• want a low-impact workout that still challenges your muscles
• want to build core strength and improve posture
• are recovering from injury or looking for joint-friendly training
• want to tone and strengthen without heavy lifting
• enjoy smaller, coach-led classes with more personal attention
Each class is coached, controlled, and scalable to your ability so you can build strength and confidence safely.
Reform-Fit is available with our Total Access, and Reform-Fit memberships.
Why people love Reform-Fit
Reform-Fit classes are limited to just six reformer beds, which means you get more coaching attention than larger group classes. Each session focuses on controlled movements that improve core strength, posture, flexibility, and overall body awareness.
Members love Reform-Fit because it:
• strengthens and tones the whole body
• improves posture and core stability
• supports injury prevention and recovery
• provides a challenging but low-impact workout

TESTIMONIALS
“I’ve finally found a gym where I genuinely want to go all the time and never want to miss out on a class. Mark is an amazing gym coach and always puts time and effort into each person that goes there. I’ve never done the same routine twice so it makes going there always different and non-repetitive. I would recommend him and Suburban Fitness to everyone!” — Dani
“Mark, Josh and Dean do a great job of getting to know the clients, pushing us when needed and still remaining very encouraging. Sessions are fast paced and allow you to get a great work out in relatively short amount of time. Highly recommend” — Craig
