Suburban Fitness is designed to be flexible depending on how you like to train.

Some members simply follow the timetable and attend classes, others mix in gym access or reformer sessions, and some prefer a bit more structure through coaching or personal training.

New to Reformer Pilates?

If you're mainly interested in Reformer Pilates, the easiest way to start is the Reform-Fit Intro Special.

It gives you three sessions at a reduced price so you can experience the studio and see how it fits your week.

Only 6 reformer beds per class — bookings are limited.

Group-Fit

Group-Fit Memberships

Best for members who enjoy trainer-led classes, variety in their workouts, and the motivation of training alongside others.

Includes strength, conditioning, and functional training sessions across our weekly timetable.

Reform-Fit

Reform-Fit Memberships

Best for members wanting low-impact strength training focused on core stability, flexibility, and controlled movement using the Reformer Pilates machines.

Ideal if you enjoy a slower-paced but highly effective style of training.

Total Access

Total Access Memberships

Our most flexible option — combining unlimited group classes, 24/7 gym access, and Reform-Fit sessions each week. Ideal for members who want the freedom to mix classes, gym training, and reformer work.

Suburban Coaching sits between simply turning up to classes and working with a personal trainer.

It’s available for current members, and we occasionally work with people outside the gym who want support with training, habits and consistency.
