Suburban Fitness is designed to be flexible depending on how you like to train.

Some members simply follow the timetable and attend classes, others mix in gym access or reformer sessions, and some prefer a bit more structure through coaching or personal training.

The options below will help you choose the approach that fits your routine.

New to Reformer Pilates?

If you're mainly interested in Reformer Pilates, the easiest way to start is the Reform-Fit Intro Special.

It gives you three sessions at a reduced price so you can experience the studio and see how it fits your week.

Looking for a bit more structure or accountability?

Most Suburban members simply follow the timetable and train when it suits their week.

But some people want a bit more structure, accountability or guidance with their training and habits.

Suburban Coaching sits between simply turning up to classes and working with a personal trainer.

It’s available for current members, and we occasionally work with people outside the gym who want support with training, habits and consistency.
